Greylin Dress and Wedge Sandals: Brunch at Jane’s
Outfit Details: Dress | Stuart Weitzman Wedges (similar) | Mansur Gavriel Bag (similar) | J.Crew Sunglasses | Bracelet | Ring | Lack of Color Hat (similar)
It’s official: I’ve packed away my parkas, coats and shearling boots so that I can embrace sandal weather once again! I loved trying out my best snowy weather style in Aspen last week, but this Florida girl couldn’t be happier to defrost back in sun-soaked Naples in this striped Greylin dress.
Now that the season of 100% humidity is behind us, you know I had to take full advantage of the 79-degree sunshine and revisit some of my favorite local spots. This week I busted out a warm-weather-ready sleeveless Greylin dress and wedge sandals for brunch on the patio at the beloved Naples brunch spot, Jane’s Garden Cafe. Al fresco French toast in January? Yep, that tastes like home!
Jane’s captures the true essence of the brunch experience here in Naples, pairing tasty food with an elegant ambiance that only outdoor dining in “wintry” Florida can offer. The owner and namesake, Jane, is such a gracious host. She consistently provides a warm and welcoming dining experience. I paired the “Big Girl Strawberry Orange Mimosa” with my aforementioned French toast for a delicious, berry-brimmed breakfast. The pretty hues of my meal might just reveal my penchant for pink these days!
The rosy pops of pastel on this Greylin dress add a girly charm to the classic nautical stripes. The fluttery, fluted hem along the bottom add a playful flair. Cinched sides on this Greylin dress accentuate the waistline for a super flattering fit, while the color-blocked straps add a fun contrast. I also have my eye on this striped dress for next time!
I added a straw boater hat from Lack of Color and Stuart Weitzman espadrille wedges (similar) to keep with the maritime mood. These retro-meets-modern sunglasses from J. Crew bump it up into a more contemporary look. And hello — more pink!
I’m back at my home base until March, and definitely NOT bummed to put the pause on my travels for a few months. Stay tuned for more insight into my favorite local spots in Naples!
